Many of us at one time or another may have felt certain vibes meaning we have a sense of awareness.  In other words you feel or sense something good or bad. This could be about  a certain person, decision or situation. When you have this sense, I believe you need to ask yourself why. Some people call it intuition, instinct or clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is seeing throught things. I believe we all have it but do we use it?

As for me, I've learned to follow my vibes because if I have any bad vibes about a certain person or situation I am usually right. Now, if I feel awkward about going somewhere, I usually ask myself why. Many times it is just me who doesn't want to go. Maybe, I would be uncomfortable because I don't know anyone. So, it doesn't exactly mean it is a bad vibe. It takes time to be able to interpret your vibes so you need to be cautious.

If your vibes are really strong and you can't understand why,  than I would definitely listen to them. Bad vibes is your senses telling you something is wrong. So you may feel fear. Good vibes can be from the heart or your brain saying it is okay. This also depends on you as a person. Do you trust others? Do you get paranoid easily? Do you have a low self esteem? There is a lot to consider before making the decision on how to interpret your vibe.

One reason why I follow my gut instincts is because they have never proved me wrong. Sometimes it takes awhile to find out if you are right about your decision but eventually you do. I think this may be a way of God speaking to us. Just think of a time when you were in a dangerous situation or almost getting into one. Did you all of a sudden get a really bad feeling? If you did, what did you do? Hopefully, you followed up on it.

We all have certain feelings for a reason and it is up to us to act on them. If we choose to ignore them, we may be in for trouble. I remember my Pastor telling me when you feel like this, it is the holy spirit placing you under conviction. In other words, you need to really think about what your doing. This is another way to interpret your good or bad vibe. You don't need to be a Christian to know right from wrong.

If you are totally confused about how to interpret your feelings or vibes then all you need to do is ask yourself is this the right thing to do or the wrong thing to do  We all protect ourselves in one way or another and I think these vibes are signs.

In conclusion, I would have to say that good and bad vibes can be just using common sense. Common sense is something we all have, we just don't use it all the time. Whatever you do, learn to trust in your feelings. Remove all the physical, emotional feelings and than ask yourself why am I sensing  feeling this vibe? You may just surprise yourself with an answer.
